Podcast with Dakota Phillips

from Nurture The Mind · host Cole Poots

A reunion of some sorts. Anybody that truly knows me will know where this guy and I started from. My podcast journey began with him, as we created, "The Thought Observatory." Fast forward a few years and it feels natural and almost surreal to have him join me on my own podcast. This is nothing new, Dakota and I have expanded our minds through a ton of bro talks and deep thinking sessions. I am grateful to have had him come on and discuss these deep topics with me. We talked about the big idea behind nofap and how it can instill a massive advantage of discipline in your life. Dakota revealed his thoughts on why he started making personal accounts for his photography. We also tried to explain why we as humans need structure and goals to strive towards in our pursuit of happiness.Below are links to Dakota's Photography Pageshttps://www.facebook.com/DakotaPhillipsPhotography/https://www.instagram.com/dakotaphillipsphotography/Support the show---CHECKLIST ITEMS---Follow my pages on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/pootsiemama/andhttps://www.instagram.com/nurturethemindpod/Support:https://www.buzzsprout.com/1020460/supportandhttps://buymeacoffee.com/colepoots
