A big thanks to Mike Rudd of Hutchison Media and Marketing Fun with Mike for asking me to be a guest speaker at the August Marketing Mastery Club. The club meets monthly, and this month he covered for the group blogs, vlogs, and podcasting. One important takeaway I felt is worth noting is the similarities all three mediums have with each other. I think Amy Landino covered it well in her vlog Mike presented. 1) If you are going to put all this work into your blog/vlog/podcast, ask for their attention - to subscribe, for feedback, to share! 2) Consistency in everything. Not just how often, or when you publish. Your brand, cover art, content, your promise to the subscriber, your promise to your audience. 3) The content you create is for someone else. Make sure your listener/viewer/reader wants to share the content you create. https://www.marketingfunwithmike.com/ https://hutchisonmedia.com/ https://youtu.be/DbO-7yqn5BI Be sure to sign up for my free daily email newsletter at www.circle270media.com. Sales 101, Podcaster's Production and Social Media Toolbox, podcast news, and podcasts to binge over the weekend.
