Police in Montgomery County said a 17-year-old girl was duped into thinking she was getting into an Uber. Lansdale police said back in April, 38-year-old Ryan Applegate stopped on Main Street and told the girl he was the driver who a friend had ordered for her. The girl got into the car. Police said Applegate held her hand, grabbed her thigh, and tried to kiss her.
