Western Cape police say they are investigating violence in Mossel Bay following deadly incidents in KwaNonqaba and nearby informal settlements. Authorities say two Mozambican nationals and a South African teenager were killed in separate attacks linked to recent unrest. Police report that about 55 shacks were torched during the violence in Asla Park, prompting rapid deployment of public order units and emergency services. The South African Police Service says calm has since been restored, with several arrests already made on charges including public violence and possession of stolen property. Investigations continue into the killings, with detectives pursuing known suspects in one of the murder cases.Sakina Kamwendo spoke to SABC reporter Sagree Chetty
