The South African Police Service has issued a festive season warning over a surge in drink-spiking incidents linked to organised crime syndicates. Police say young women are being used to lure men at taverns, clubs and concerts, where drinks are spiked before victims are robbed, and in some cases killed. SAPS has also raised concern over women being drugged, assaulted or murdered after nights out. Bongiwe Zwane spoke to SAPS national spokesperson Brigadier Athlenda Mathe
