Enter my mind, and see what I see when I consider discrimination against American Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ) people.In this episode, I examine the "faith based" underpinnings of LGBTQ discrimination, Biblical myths used by Christians to judge and look down on LGBTQ people, and ask the question: since we know LGBTQ people occupy some of the greatest positions of leadership in the conservative, evangelical, American political ideology (like Jerry Falwell Jr., his wife Becky Falwell, and their pool boy lovers), who have never been accused of infringing on Christian religious liberties, maybe we can agree that there's room in our churches, and in our hearts, for all LGBTQ people--not just the ones who hide it?
