David has more than three decades of experience in criminal justice, investigations, and credibility assessment. He founded Executive Protection Group Polygraph Service in 2001 and is an Advanced Board-Certified licensed and court certified polygraph examiner by the Commonwealth of Virginia.  David has been qualified multiple times as a court-certified subject matter expert and has conducted over 20,000 documented certified polygraph examinations involving high-stakes personal, professional, and legal matters. His work has contributed to case dismissals, wrongful conviction reversals, and major legal outcomes at the state and federal level.  In addition to his investigative background, he is a U.S. military combat veteran and has worked closely with law enforcement, government agencies, attorneys, and behavioral health professionals nationwide.
