Kevin mentioned ways to increase engagement in our surveys, like creating five-point scale questions without them feeling like five-point scale questions, as well as the benefits of reducing the length of our surveys as well. We talked about the power of technology in all of this as well - how if we can get people responding on mobile phones, can help reach a more diverse range of respondents.
