So, the other day I realized that this old song from an old cartoon, had some wisdom that we could share. So I took the song, changed it a little and made it into a meditation. This is a dedication to a wise soul, Popeye the Sailor Man. For those of you who know the song, then you'll be laughing a little when you do the meditation.
