No todos respondemos igual frente a algo estresante...por eso hoy vamos a hablar de cómo la personalidad no causa el estrés, pero sí moldea cómo lo percibimos, qué tan rápido se dispara nuestra 'alarma' y qué tan pronto volvemos al equilibrio. Hoy revisamos perfiles que aumentan la vulnerabilidad (neuroticismo, people-pleasing, rasgos tipo A con hostilidad, personalidad tipo D) y los rasgos que favorecen la resiliencia (curiosidad, flexibilidad, sentido de control y redes de apoyo).
