Positive wellbeing also runs a wide cross-section of courses in aimed at school children, including courses for Teachers at Primary schools, Secondary schools and courses for Parents Of primary aged students, secondary aged students. Positive Wellbeing utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and DNAv, the Youth Model of Mindfulness and Action during specific training courses. Mental health like physical health is very important to maintain and improve our wellness. It’s been estimated that 70% of those who need therapy don’t for whatever reason go and access it.
