Postpartum Recovery with Anna Mohr

from Fit For Motherhood

This week we are joined by Anna Mohr to talk about her experience with postpartum recovery after 2 c sections. We dove into what that recovery has looked like in not only her physical,  but also her emotional and spiritual health.  Anna is wife to Josh and mom of 2 babies, ages 3 years and 5 months. She has worked as a neonatal nurse for 5 years and runs a wellness community creating a place to encourage and inspire other women to create healthy lifestyles in the midst of busy life.  She has learned so much in her own postpartum journey on recovering from two c-sections and gently starting back into working out again utilizing proper core rehab. This past year was filled with highs and lows, but God walked with them as they navigated transitioning from one babe to two. She can not wait to share her birth stories including an unsuccessful induction leading to a c section and a scheduled c section as well as the passion she has found in her active postpartum recovery.  Shop Beautycounter here Receive free shipping through March 24, 2021 at midnight for any orders over $50. The move towards more renewables in our energy systems complicates matters even further, requiring the development of an integrated power grid and continuous and steady transformation of the UK power system. Network flows must be managed reliably under uncertain demands, uncertain supply, emerging network technologies and possible failures and, further, prices in related markets can be highly volatile. Mathematicians working with engineers and economists, can make significant contributions to address such issues, by helping to develop fit-for-purpose models for next generation energy systems. These interdisciplinary approaches are looking to address a range of associated problems, including modelling, prediction, simulation, control, market and mechanism design and optimisation.
