I'm so excited to announce my live podcast/wellness/40th birthday party event - the Pound This Party! After nearly 5 years of hosting the Pound This podcast and 40 years on this Earth, I wanted to create an event featuring all encompassing wellness. Mindset, nutrition, rest, fitness and play.
