Today we sit down and chat with Destiny Feemster, an author, educator, and the owner of Ivy League Academics. Destiny is a North Carolina native who has eight children's novels in her "Chronicles of Fabulous Feemster" series and has spent more than six years teaching middle school math in Gaston County, Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools, & Wake County Schools. She graduated from North Carolina Central University with a bachelor's in marketing and finance and a Master’s in secondary education from the University of Phoenix. The Ivy League Academics owner hosts community outreach events, academic services, summer camp, and provides an annual scholarship. Destiny recently in 2023 completed the Women’s Entrepreneurship program from Cornell University and received accreditation from the Better Business Bureau for Ivy League Academics. In 2022 she was the recipient for the Women Who Rock Award.
