Delegation is one of the most glorious options - and also the most underutilized. You started the business, probably bootstrapping most of your tasks. You learned marketing, accounting, content writing, communicating, scheduling - you're doing IT ALL.You get to a point where you outgrow these tasks - or realize areas that you're simply not awesome (which is OK!).
