Prayer & Fasting

We fast to set aside things that we crave so that our attention and desires may be renewed for the Lord. We pray to grow in our relationship with God and to see God’s will done in our lives, our church, and our world. The Bible promises that when we, as God’s children, unite in prayer and fasting, His power goes into action! Through Jesus, we have the privilege to come to our Father to speak and to move His heart for the needs around us.
