My guest on the podcast this week is Prema,  an author, a yoga and meditation teacher, and a wellness coach. She is passionate about supporting individuals to rediscover their inner potential, through a systematic approach of Yoga and Meditation.  Prior to teaching yoga, Prema worked as an engineer on sustainable transportation, with over 20 years of experience in Canada, US, Qatar, UAE, New Zealand and the Asia and Pacific region at large. Prema has been practising Yoga and Meditation since 2005, and now lives in Hong Kong and Thailand. She received various Yoga Teacher trainings in India from 2017 to 2020. Prema is passionate about mentoring and supporting individuals in reaching their full potential and re-discovering their inner happiness. She is a highly energetic, organized, and creative.
