PREMIERE: Clinique Lacuna - .move [FRIENDSOME]

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Clinique Lacuna. ".move" comes off the new EP, Who Can Revive The City?, forthcoming on friendsome. The record is the result of an intense and passionate collaboration between the artists and the label over the past months. This six-track project is an 80s-inspired electronic journey infused with pop influences, reminiscent of the theme song of an already cult TV series. The duo envisioned a dystopian fictional city where radio stations have stopped broadcasting. Dreaming of becoming the saviors of the party, Clinique Lacuna aims to fix the ghetto blasters and awaken the slumbering crowds. They have dusted off the LinnDrums, Korg 700, D-50, and other essential 80s gear to capture the charm and nostalgia of a golden era in music. In a stronghold of underground resistance, an old sage told them they were the chosen ones—since then, they've been shredding their fingers on fierce basslines in search of the ultimate groove.
