LA’s David Castellani presents ‘Phrenesis’, a 7 track expedition through techno, electro and ambient. LA based modular synthesist David Castellani welcomes the next extended play to his brimming back catalogue. ‘Phrenesis’ is the fifth release on his own Noetic imprint and brings with it an expansive insight into the production tastes and skills of Castellani. Throughout the LP we’re exposed to a range of both familiar and new styles from David including ambient, electro and of course, techno. ‘Feather Plate’ is a classic Castellani cut with a bouncing bassline and reverberating percussion that creates a hypnotic, driving groove.
