PREMIERE: Myles Sergé - And When the Sky Was Opened [MS14]

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Myles Sergé. "And When the Sky Was Opened" comes off the new EP off the same name forthcoming on Michigan-based imprint MS. Founded by Myles Sergé, (MS) continues to spotlight refined, analogue-driven techno, following contributions from artists such as Dustin Zahn, Lester Fitzpatrick, Gonzalo MD, Philippe Petit, and Rennie Foster. Here, Myles delivers two new originals, expanding on a catalogue that also spans labels like Ilian Tape, Metamorphic, Kneaded Pains, and Another Earth. On the flip, Jamie Bissmire, known as one half of Space DJz and a founding member of Bandulu, adds his signature touch. With a long-standing legacy across labels including CLR, Synewave, Soma, and NovaMute, Bissmire brings a contrasting yet complementary energy to the release. The release is out April 17.
