PREMIERE: OTON - Hypersaw [Alliance Club]

The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from OTON. "Hypersaw" comes off the new album, New Forms of Silence, forthcoming on Belgium's Alliance Club. Following the release of the EP Aurora in January, OTON's album new offering explores the full spectrum of the Belgian artist's talents, echoing the fluidity and flow of a live performance. Using an analogue setup that reflects his roots in multi-instrumentalism, improvisation and live production, OTON shifted to hardware-based tools to produce the LP, gradually veering from making music solely in the box. New Forms Of Silence traces back to OTON's origins in the live scene, and across 14 tracks, we can hear a more nuanced take on mental techno, hypnotic tribe, and psy while retaining the tempo and textures of club-driven sounds.
