This project was conceived as a result of the disastrous passage of Hurricane Maria. A resistance calls for stoicism to the world from this cardinal point so important in today's popular music.They fuse the native rhythms and melodies of their island with frequencies from synthesizers and analog modules.Sound that subscribes to the Latin American dance electronic movement, one that continues to expand more and more towards the international and avant-garde.The songs reflect the history and nationalist struggle of the new breed of Puerto Ricans called "Boricuas." Mete caña is conceptualized as a War Dance. It features a historical sample from the 1950 radio news of the American attack on the town of Utuado in Puerto Rico.The project was created at the "Junker" studio and mastered by Søndeï at "El Templo Studio" in Puerto Rico.
