TANGLED ROUTINE EP contains four tracks, all recorded live. I really like the concept behind the label, which requires every track to be produced within a maximum of 24 hours. I have to admit, it was challenging, but I love the fact that the tracks sound rawer, more humanized, with more groove and fewer artificial elements. I accepted the challenge! When I create music, I often draw inspiration from experiences, events, themes, and the most diverse situations. This project was no exception, but to avoid failing, I chose to be inspired by themes that I know well—those that are part of my life and my tangled routine. «Noise Shadows ’n Dancing Souls» embodies the spirit of the party—an orchestra of noise shadows and dancing souls. It speaks about Noise Orchestra, my little creation to which I dedicate a large part of my routine and my life. For many years now, I’ve felt the need to push an event forward, and I think I will do it forever because I firmly believe that music should be experienced in person and not just through AirPods. «Evolving Sonic Entity» reflects my vision of a live set. In my mind, I have always imagined it as an entity with a life of its own, constantly evolving, just like this track, which continuously shifts and transforms—sometimes in subtle, almost imperceptible ways. «Sunday at Church» tells the story of a journey. I produced it with the early hours of the morning in mind, embracing strong afterparty vibes. I imagined the sun’s rays passing through the windows of Fold, illuminating the crowd moving in sync with the music—forming a single unified body made up of many human gears. And even if you don’t want to go home… it’s already Sunday. Since I produced TANGLED EP in my hometown (Gaeta), I also wanted to capture the deep call of the sea. «Seafarers» is the last track—groovy and loop-based. I tried to describe the conflicting emotions the sea evokes within me. I used simple vocals that, like ocean waves, intertwine with each other, creating that very sense of instability that I find so intriguing. If you listen closely, you might even hear dolphins.
