With its acid loops and female vocals, the first track, If Playing, is particularly powerful. Sophisticated yet spontaneous, exalted yet nuanced, the whole ep lends itself well to (almost) quiet listening at home, but above all seems tailor-made for live performance - ideally in a club, where the duo would achieve their primary objective: to get the audience dancing and going into a trance.
