Lost In Translation record label has once again delivered an impressive release, this time inviting four talented producers to create unique tracks that are more than just songs - they are short music stories. Among them is Greek producer Theef, whose 15-minute-long track 'Lost in Memories' is our premiere for today. The track slowly unfolds from a gentle pad ambient intro into a groovy mesmerizing journey. 'Lost in Memories' grips the listener with its arpeggiated sequence, which serves as the main driving force of the track. Theef carefully layers gentle and thin-sounding pads that levitate over the punchy kick drum, reverbed snare, and metallic hi-hats, creating a sonic atmosphere that is both soothing and energizing. Theef masterfully builds and evolves the sound as the track progresses, adding subtle variations to the rhythm and melody, keeping the listener engaged and captivated.
