This conversation focuses on Preparing for Command with Matt Leclair and Trivius Caldwell. Matt will soon assume brigade command and Trivius is a soon-to-be battalion commander in the 82nd Airborne Division's Red Devils. They will discuss philosophies for leadership and vision for organizations. Matt will discuss communicating with multiple audiences using a doing, knowing, and becoming methodology. He will elaborate on communicating to different groups through their hands, their head, and then their heart. Trivius will lay out a philosophy of endurance.
