El acto se celebró en la Ermita de la Antigua, presentado por Juan Antonio Llamas, Mayordomo de la Hermandad anfitriona, y presidido por el alcalde de Iznájar, Lope Ruiz, el secretario de la Cofradía de Ntro. Padre Jesús Resucitado, Manuel Quintana, y el Párroco de Iznájar, D. José Bernardo Juan. Entre el público asistente se encontraban representantes de todas las cofradías, hermandades y asociaciones de la Semana Santa iznajeña.
