President Ramaphosa notes Madlanga Commission's report recommendations.

The Madlanga Commission has recommended disciplinary action and criminal investigations against suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Lieutenant-General Shadrack Sibiya, Sergeant Fannie Nkosi, Witness G and alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi. The commission says criminal prosecutions should follow if sufficient evidence emerges. The recommendations form part of its second interim report, noted by President Cyril Ramaphosa. Sibiya has denied receiving impalas from attempted murder accused Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala, despite evidence presented before the commission.Vincent Magwenya, Spokesperson to the President-
