[PREVIEW] 🎙🧚‍♀️ #046 - Batman Forever

Batman was becoming too dark, so Warner Bros. recruited Joel Schumacher to shine a bright, multi-coloured UV neon light on his ripped rubber man-abs until his nipples went erect. Join RoboKilmer, Tommy-Lee "I-Hate-Crazy-Unless-It's-My-Crazy" Jones, Nicole Batgroupie Kidman, Chris O'Donnell's earring and a movie-stealing Jim Carrey in the motion kitschture that presents the riddle "What if Batman dropped acid in Vegas?" and then answers it with a slap on the skin-tight spandex butt-cheek. Discussed in this episode: Rita's Terminator 2 nightmare (not the children's playground nuclear holocaust type) The deleted Batmobile drive-thru scene On-scene crime-in-progress psychiatric consulting Batman's apathy towards whining vision-and-hearing-impaired victims and super-genius-level mastery of geometry, trajectory and gravitational physics Toxic/corrosive liquids - Gotham's go-to method for turning its citizens into crazed super-villains Primary colour lighting Idiot-proof voice-control trapdoors. Like, dangerously idiot-proof - the activation word is "chair". "Hi, I'm Bruce Wayne, step into my office, pull up a chair-- OH SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII..." The Bang Signal Two-Face's bafflingly misdirected revenge mission A product name that makes as much sense as calling the iPad a "BallScreen™" Chase Meridian flip-flopping between two men (who are obviously the same man) more than a live fish in a phone booth at double occupancy Batman's most considerate and accommodating villains Alfred's supernatural butlering skills The upwards trajectory (literally) of Bruce Wayne's bats-story Edward Nygma's supernatural visual effects digi-doubling skills Giant rising island. How, though? *shrug* Cut scenes that made the movie better so they were cut (if you want to sync it up to the film, we hit PLAY @ 08:51)
