Preview: Dead Man Running

Kim Avis was a local celebrity in Inverness, Scotland. He was eccentric, with some dark rumors tied to him. He also performed random kind acts, like swimming Loch Ness for charity. But then he disappeared off the coast of California, and things got very strange. Did he drown? Or was he an international fugitive trying to escape decades of crimes that no one knew about? In this episode of So Much Crime, So Little Time, we preview the BBC podcast Dead Man Running. Here, we discuss only the first episode of the series to decide if this crime is worth your time. There will be no spoilers for anything after episode one. Check back here for our Full Recap next time, where we discuss the series as a whole. Preview episodes are released each Sunday.
