On December 2, 2010, the concierge at a luxury apartment tower in Melbourne, Australia, made a gruesome discovery. In the garbage room, she found the body of 24-year-old Phoebe Handsjuk. Phoebe plunged 12 stories down the garbage chute. She survived the fall, but was trapped, severely injured, and alone. How did Phoebe end up in that garbage chute?
