On Halloween of 1992, the BBC aired a new broadcast that sent the nation into a panic: real life video evidence of a brutal poltergeist at work. At least, that’s what some people thought, especially children. Ghostwatch was fictional, and they said so, but it was so well-done that it remained controversial.
