"Most people think that when they decide to lose weight that it's just all about calories in, calories out.....And and a lot of times they get defeated or feel like there's something wrong with them when it isn't working. Just because you consciously say, "Well, I'm going to lose weight, your body and the physiological cellular level is like, yeah, fuck you think again". The reason is, is because it doesn't feel safe. It's not going to release weight if it does not feel safe. And there's just no other way for me to to to describe that. It's just your body needs to not be so fucking stressed. And stress is caused by all kinds of things. And when I say stress, it's not just like work, work, stress. It's like underrating stress, overeating, stress. You know, the relationship stress, the shit you're listening to and watching on TV stress the lack of sleep stress. I mean, the stress, stress, stress, stress.
