I am talking about his book “ Spare” saved me. When he mentioned his Anxiety and opening up about emotions. I knew Prince Harry personally from Beaufort Polo Club in 2004 (I was a non playing member there) and again when I was a Patron for Sentebale (2013-2016). HIs book mentioned the name of the person who had S.Aed me and that was the start of unfurling my emotions, and it took until December 31, 2024 to let go of the trauma from everyone.
