Prioritize Your ENERGY and Set Boundaries!

What did you think of this episode, any thoughts?Setting boundaries comes with addressing it without stressing it. We get stuck at setting boundaries because we think about the other person and we say "it's okay" to not hurt their feelings or so we don't have to express our own. The challenge is when we feel uncomfortable we don't know how to communicate it properly.
