[Bonus] what no one has told you about space in your relationships

What did you think of this episode, any thoughts?Taking space isn’t about disconnection; it’s about creating room to reflect, reset, and gain clarity. But for many of us, space can trigger uncertainty. Even in trusting relationships, it’s natural to wonder what the other person is doing or feel a sense of losing control. This episode breaks down how those reactions are rooted in our body’s natural fight, flight, or freeze response, our instinct to protect ourselves when something feels unfamiliar or uncertain. You’ll learn how to:•Understand why space can feel threatening, even in healthy relationships•Recognize how your mind and body respond to uncertainty•Shift from fear-based thinking to intentional reflectionSupport the show

This is All You Need for the New Year 2026 | It's Time to Look at This Differently

What did you think of this episode, any thoughts? It's that time of the year when we start reflecting how this year concluded and thinking what's the next step for next year. We often think about the actions we take, but we don't put awareness of our surrounds, such has the items we posses and the people that are around us. In this episode we speak about looking at this in another level, an spiritual and energetic level. This allows us to pay attention to energy and how it responds back to us. Coming into the new year we want to only allow energy that serves us for the better. There is no need being around energy that does not reciprocate, not everything nor everyone needs to have access to our energy. #newyear2026 Get your Enough Said Icebreaker Cards! The Rally Cry Site: https://therallycry.comRESOURCES:TIMESTAMPS:PODCAST PLATFORMS:On Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast...On Spotify: https://spotify.com/show/1jRztXewzpjS...Amazon Music: https://music.amazon.com/podcasts/a9bf430d-8c68-495e-a440-7400445da25e/the-rally-cryIheartRadio: https://www.iheart.com/podcast/269-the-rally-cry-102242097/CONNECT WITH THE RALLY:IG: https://instagram.com/therallycrysFB: https://www.facebook.com/p/The-Rally-Cry-100076870883948/YT: https://www.youtube.com/@therallycrysSupport the show

I Didn’t Realize I Was Doing Too Much | Knowing the Limit

What did you think of this episode, any thoughts?Around the holidays , we can get worked up, literally. We can be working, being around family, and worried about having a great holiday. I mean who doesn't want a good holiday or even a good day in general. It's important to recognize a lot of our stress comes from societal expectations and how hard we can be on ourselves. In this segment, I encourage you to give back to yourself. I always say "when you are giving something, you are also letting go". It all starts with how we think, and then how we feel about what we are thinking. Around this time of the year, let's be mindful that we are only one person and no one should hold it against us, let's stop the people pleasing and start speaking up for ourselves so we can be happier and more healed. Let me know what are your thoughts. Blessings, Angel RiosThe Rally Cry "Home of Enough Said"  https://therallycry.comPODCAST PLATFORMS:On Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast...On Spotify: https://spotify.com/show/1jRztXewzpjS...Amazon Music: https://music.amazon.com/podcasts/a9bf430d-8c68-495e-a440-7400445da25e/the-rally-cryIheartRadio: https://www.iheart.com/podcast/269-the-rally-cry-102242097/CONNECT WITH THE RALLY:IG: https://instagram.com/therallycrysFB: https://www.facebook.com/p/The-Rally-Cry-100076870883948/YT: https://www.youtube.com/@therallycrysSupport the show

I Was Stuck Until I Thought About It This Way | Pursuing my Masters

What did you think of this episode, any thoughts?Taking an hiatus was a smart move but at first it didn't feel like it. I started my Master's Program in Social Work and I have learned a lot about how I should be taking it on. Although I have done plenty of reading and writing research papers, in hindsight I have built some skills and habits along the way. Most of all I know I shouldn't be dreading it, because I take away from the experience. The time I had gave me clarity of myself as a professional but also as an individual. I'm feeling refreshed to speak more of what I've been learning in order to navigate through challenges, break down stigma, and build an experience we can appreciate! Feeling Unhappy in Your Relationship? Here's ONE Reason Why!

What did you think of this episode, any thoughts? We were told to believe our relationships should make us happy and now I disagree. You first need to find your own happiness from yourself and then share that happiness. You are not responsible for other people's happiness because that would always be out of control. A relationship is to share and give of what you already found within yourself and understanding that together. #enoughsaid Get your Enough Said Icebreaker Cards! The Rally Cry Site: https://therallycry.comRESOURCES:TIMESTAMPS:PODCAST PLATFORMS:On Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast...On Spotify: https://spotify.com/show/1jRztXewzpjS...Amazon Music: https://music.amazon.com/podcasts/a9bf430d-8c68-495e-a440-7400445da25e/the-rally-cryIheartRadio: https://www.iheart.com/podcast/269-the-rally-cry-102242097/CONNECT WITH THE RALLY:IG: https://instagram.com/therallycrysFB: https://www.facebook.com/p/The-Rally-Cry-100076870883948/YT: https://www.youtube.com/@therallycrysSupport the show

What did you think of this episode, any thoughts? We've heard " I need space" before from someone and sometimes we don't know what that means. Everyone needs to have the opportunity to spend time with others and not feel that they are obligated to be with their partner all the time. Asking your partner the right questions will guide your relationship in the right direction. The Stamina of Love: Find it, Keep it or LET IT GO!

What did you think of this episode, any thoughts? In this episode I talk about the endurance of love. Everyday we think about finding the "one" because we want to find someone who completes us. I cannot stress it enough that loving yourself is the reflection to how you find the person that will compliment you instead of complete you, which is totally different. If you are someone that is in a relationship you might think about sustaining that relationship and making it last hopefully til the end. The beautiful thing is loving someone changes because people change and there should be no expectation to how you should love someone but how you adapt. Lastly when we are in a situationship and it seems so daunting to let go of that love, you have to revaluate onto why you thought about letting it go in the first place. You will most likely find reasons why you don't want to let it go and it's hard I know, I've been there! What's important is giving you what you deserve and that's love, patience, tolerance and understanding because that is all that love is. GET YOUR "ENOUGH SAID" CARD GAME HERE:https://therallyc.square.site/RESOURCES:TIMESTAMPS:OTHER PLATFORMS:On Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/po....On Spotify: https://spotify.com/show/1jRztXe....SOCIAL LINKS:RallyCry Podcast IG:  therallycrys  Support the show
