Back in the day the staff at a hotel provided us with VIP services - fresh linen, clean beds, taking out your trash - It made us feel important, valued, like an executive. I have had many bad experiences at different hotels, but we can't blame the staff entirely. Guests have changed along with the times and so has their lack of gratuity.Thanks for listening!
