Guests have changed along with the times and so has their lack of gratuity. Thanks for listening!  I'm glad you're here! ...A few of the issues I address in this episode - How service people have changed their behaviors and quality of services. How motel experiences are not that enjoyable as they were before. How people have changed. Why showing gratuity is important.Becoming a hero in someone's life.Links to items mentioned in this episode - Rob Schneider -ActorTim Curry- ActorHome Alone 2Ratatouille- MovieBuscemis- restaurantOn...Instagram | Twitter | Facebook | [email protected] - Apple Podcasts,  Spotify,  Stitcher,  iHeart Radio,  Podcast Addict,  Podchaser,  Deezer
