Prison City Murders – Case 16 – Inner Darkness

April 20th, 2004. Jackson County Courthouse, Kansas City, Missouri. Lorenzo J. Gilyard, Jr., is charged with 12 counts of first-degree murder in the strangling deaths of 12 Kansas City women. The dates of the killings range from 1977 through 1993. The prosecutor announces he will seek the death penalty. Gilyard is held at the county jail without bond.
