About the Episode

Tory Dandy serves as Managing Partner and Co-head of CAA Football, a division of the #1 Sports and Entertainment Agency in the world. You may know him as a “super-agent” representing All-pro players such as AJ Brown, Deebo Samuel, and DK Metcalf among others. But he sees himself as much more than a “contract guy” investing much of his energy into mentoring young players and expanding the impact of the Tory Dandy Foundation whose mission is to equip youth with the skills to succeed in life. In this episode, he addresses the responsibility of athletes to give back and emphasizes the importance of being an All-pro person off the field. He also discusses his experience in the sports industry and reveals what contributed to his success as an agent.
