We’re in lockdown in Melbourne. Again. Is it a pain in the ass? Yes. Am I gonna stay in the problem? Hell no. Because I’ve conditioned myself to become solution focussed. It got me thinking about how when shit hits the fan, how do you respond? Are you focussing on the problems and the challenges in your life or are you searching for the opportunities and solutions? I thought this would be a good topic to talk about because we all face challenges in life. Nothing is ever perfect. It’s about how you respond in those pain in the ass moments. That’s how you build resilience and get into solution mode. In this episode I talk about leaving the problem mind and getting into the possibility mind.
