'Problems with Paint' & 'Running with the Wrong Crowd' & 'Toxic Roommates'

First, The plaintiff hired the defendant to paint her car. She’s suing him for rent and emotional distress. The defendant says he only lived with the plaintiff for 24 days because she’s toxic. He’s countersuing for emotional distress because he says he was fired when the plaintiff contacted his job.
