Process In Panic

from PHYSIO-ism · host Leki Sisifa

Listening to a podcast by Alex Charfen it was nice to know that someone has been down the track in terms of fear and emotion! Right now with COVID19 causing havoc across the globe you would not be penalised for thinking you are at the limit of your tolerance. When things like happen I can be guilty of spinning my wheels and trying to get things going. That is eactly the opposite of what we should be doing. Stick to you guns and persist with your processes.
