Processing the Goliath Tragedy

This week has been a difficult one for the roller coaster community. Following the tragic incident on Goliath at Six Flags Over Georgia, we wanted to sit down and process what happened, talk through our own reactions, and discuss the questions this situation has raised around coaster safety and the industry as a whole. We also talk about our own experience riding Goliath earlier this summer, the temporary closures of similar B&M coasters across Six Flags parks, and why we believe it’s important to wait for official findings before drawing conclusions about exactly what caused the incident.
