In Gluten Free Watchdog's latest post titled "Gluten Free Watchdog Special 2023 Statement on the use of oats in the gluten free diet," dietitian Tricia Thompson shared the following. "In the latter half of 2022, 4 labeled gluten-free oat products from 3 manufacturers commissioned for testing by Gluten Free Watchdog had gluten test results above 20 parts per million.Three of the 4 products were certified gluten-free at the time of testing. These results are unprecedented for GFWD."She further goes on to state that those on a gluten free diet should consider buying products made with purity protocol oats. One of these products is Safe and Fair Food Co.
