This turned into an unexpected two part episode (Tom headed off on a little tangent… for a change). The topic of the podcast is on professionalism. This was pretty apt after hearing and seeing some recent experiences of athletes who have been challenged about the standards they have set themselves around how they invest and approach their triathlon journey. Anyone can have a level of professionalism, this is not about how fast you are, whether you are competitive in your age group or racing as a professional. It is about the set of behaviours you adopt.
