Dans Connective aujourd’hui, je vais aborder le sujet de la compatibilité entre fonctionnement neurologique dit atypique (profils HPI, doublement exceptionnel, TDA/H, TSA), et l’entrepreneuriat.La question en filigrane  est : l’environnement induit par l’entrepreneuriat est il favorisant pour des profils atypiques ?Dans cet épisode, je souhaite surtout vous transmettre et  partager cette expérience du monde de l’entrepreneuriat  chez certains profils atypiques, au travers de discussions, feedback, et l’angle de l’expérimentation. Pour que vous puissiez avoir une idée des enjeux, défis au quotidien dans ce métier d’entrepreneur(e) , et la compatibilité avec un profil atypique, ce que cela peut impliquer.Il est clair qu’avec un TND, nous avons une couche supplémentaire à appréhender et intégrer dans notre sphère professionnelle ainsi que dans la dynamique entrepreneuriale,   parce que cela influence certains vecteurs, certaines actions . Néanmoins un TND ou un HPI+un TND n’expliquent pas tout et ne déterminent pas tout non plus .- Alors selon vous, est ce que l’environnement entrepreneurial est favorable, compatible avec un profil atypique ou certains profils atypiques … La réponse se doit d’être nuancée : oui et non.1er enjeu : réguler son trouble neuro développemental, ce qui implique de cultiver et maintenir une sécurité intérieure forte et stable. ; travailler sa connaissance de soi.2ème enjeu  : la congruence professionnelle et la notion de leadership.Hébergé par Ausha.
