Profit With a Plan

Marcia Riner is the CEO of Trajectory Consulting & resides is SoCal. She is a profit & business strategist on a mission to help small business owners to increase their profits & drive their growth using strategic planning. Marcia is a serial entrepreneur because her style of thinking outside of the box just can’t be contained. She left the financial planning world & evolved into a consultant after seeing her planning clients struggle with the same gaps she was working on in her own business. She used the information that she was getting coached on to grow her business & began sharing what she had learned with her clients. Their businesses grew & so did their profit. She believes that the only way to manage the chaos of being a business owner is to have a plan. It’s not just any plan, but the actual strategies to achieve their plan’s goals. Marcia joins the show to share how her Thriving Profit Method creates the exact steps to achieving the business you want. She also details her transition from financial planner to entrepreneur, where entrepreneurs are getting it wrong, and how a solid plan leads to profit.
