However, as with the promises of God, there are conditions associated with God's plan for financial prosperity or success and we need to understand and fulfill the conditions to access it. Giving, including tithing is part of the mechanism God has put in place to establish financial prosperity for His children. Though the tithe has progressed from Abraham's initial offering of the tithe to Melchizedek through all the various dispensations of God's relationship with the People of Israel under the Mosaic Laws, the question on many minds are about the relevance and process of tithing in the new Testament.
