Project Acoustic Kitty

from Science vs. Conspiracy over coffee · host Story Monkey Productions

Show Notes The CIA isn't one to pass up an opportunity to gain an advantage over their advisories, even if that opportunity involves turning cats into spies. Back in the 1960's during the hight of the Cold War, the CIA began working on a new ways to spy on Russia. And so Project Acoustic Kitty was born. Project Acoustic Kitty would involved implanting a small microphone inside the cat's ear canal, and a small radio transmitter at the base of its skull, and a thin wire into its fur.
