“Protect Your Energy”

Protecting your energy is necessary. It is so important to feel your energy and to always be present with your energy. There will be challenges along the way, but we usher on. Sometimes people are not deserving of your energy. Sometimes I may not be deserving of their energy. And that’s why I say, protect your energy sometimes at all cost. We all know how energies can impact us, and how it can make us do things that are not conducive to the person we want to be. So if you make a mistake, that’s OK apologize correct it and give yourself a chance to start over. When it comes to protecting your energy it’s about being present it’s about being aware aware of who, and how your energy will impact them. Leaving behind good energies only happens when we are using our energy for good as in selflessly. I know you have many choices in the podcast world so thank you so much for being here with me today.
